Ahmed Osama

Ahmed Osama is a seasoned professional in risk management and finance, currently serving as the Group Head of Risk Management at EFG Holding since April 2023. Previously, Ahmed has held the position of Chief Risk Officer at EFG Finance Holding since January 2017 and serves as a Board Member for both EFG Hermes Corp Solutions and valU. With a solid background in the financial sector, Ahmed worked as the Executive-Head of Retail & Small Business Credit Analysis at ALEXBANK from October 2007 to January 2017 and was a Board Member at the Egyptian Credit Bureau S.A.E (I-SCORE) from March 2011 to December 2013. Ahmed's career began at Arab Bank in the role of Consumer Credit Supervisor from June 2003 to October 2007. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business Management from Cairo University, graduated in 2002.
