Nick Halewood

Nick Halewood serves as the Legal Director for GCC & International Markets at EFG Holding since November 2019, with prior roles including Associate Director and Vice President in various capacities within the legal department. Before joining EFG Holding, Nick gained experience at Allen & Overy as an Associate in the Debt Capital Markets practice and worked as a Consultant at Shilton Sharpe Quarry. Nick's earlier career included positions at Clifford Chance LLP, where responsibilities ranged from Trainee Solicitor to Associate in Debt Capital Markets. Educational qualifications include a GDL and LPC from The University of Law and a BA (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Nottingham.
