James D. Kelley, M.Sc.Eng, P.E., is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in forensic structural and architectural engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at EFI Global since May 2023, Kelley has previously held significant roles, including Principal Forensic Engineer and Director at Charles Taylor, as well as Senior Project Manager at DeSimone Consulting Engineers. With a strong focus on complex significant loss forensic investigations and root causation determination, Kelley's career also includes positions at Rimkus Consulting Group, New York City Transit, and RAND Engineering & Architecture. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil-Structural Engineering, both from Drexel University.
