Sean Choi

Sean Choi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of DEI at FirstBank since May 2011, Sean Choi contributes to organizational culture enhancement through enterprise-wide DEI initiatives and oversight of the Learning & Development Department within a 70-person HR team. Previous roles include Senior Vice President for a network of retail branches, Business Manager at FUTURE FINISHING managing backend operations, Music Events Coordinator at Red Bull, and General Manager at KVCU RADIO 1190 overseeing a community radio station. Sean Choi holds an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
