Antonis Kalogeropoulos

Antonis Kalogeropoulos is an experienced Operations Project Manager at efood since July 2014, overseeing all operations tools for CRM, CSAT, and QA. Previous roles include Regional Operations Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities involved leading teams, managing the migration to the efood platform, and improving process efficiencies. Early experience at Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation included customer service and sales roles, providing solid foundation in client relations and product promotion. Antonis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Piraeus and has also studied at Universidad de Oviedo.
