Lorraine Cooper is an accomplished credit management professional with extensive experience in leading credit teams and managing large customer portfolios. Currently serving as Credit Manager at EFS Global since September 2022, Lorraine previously held the position of Assistant Credit Manager and Customer Financial Services Supervisor at FedEx, where management of a team of eight collection specialists was a key responsibility. Prior to FedEx, Lorraine spent over two decades at TNT in various roles, including Assistant Credit Manager, Legal Controller, Internal Auditor, and Administrator, showcasing a diverse expertise in credit control, risk analysis, litigation negotiation, and compliance auditing. Education was completed at Mount Carmel RC High School in Accrington, Lancashire.
