Samar Elmancy is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in Oracle and financial systems consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Functional Consultant at both Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment and egabiFSI since March 2022 and 2021 respectively, Samar is also affiliated with egabi Solutions as an Oracle Functional Consultant since March 2020. Previous roles include Oracle Database Developer at ECG Engineering Consulting Group and Oracle Developer positions at Hexa International Ltd and MHB Soft. Training as an Oracle Developer was completed at egabi Learn in early 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Suez Canal University, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
