Jason Knight

Jason Knight is a seasoned Cloud Network and Infrastructure Engineer currently at eGain Corporation since October 2023. Previously, Jason served as Network Operations Manager for North America at Amdocs from January 2021 to August 2023, focusing on PCI compliance and cost efficiencies. With extensive experience at Vindicia, where responsibilities included migrating and securing a SaaS provider's Linux-based environments to AWS, and earlier roles in network and systems administration at The Myers-Briggs Company and various contract positions through Taos, Jason has developed a strong foundation in IT infrastructure and operations. Jason holds a B.S. in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2004 and 2006.
