John Carpenter

John Carpenter has over 14 years of work experience in the technology industry. John started their career at OpenText in 2006, where they held various roles such as Director of Mid-Market Sales and Regional Vice President of Sales. John then joined eGain Corporation in 2013, taking on the position of Director of SAP Business Development. In 2014, they became the Regional Vice President of Enterprise West at eGain. In 2016, John Carpenter was promoted to Vice President of North American Channels at eGain, where they led a team of Channel Managers and was responsible for executing channel sales strategies. In 2018, they were appointed as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales Operations at eGain, a role they currently hold.

John Carpenter attended Grand Valley State University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management.
