Previously, Claudio served as Business Unit Director and Chief Design Officer at Sopra Steria from March 2013 to November 2023, overseeing a large design team and various service design projects for notable clients, including BBVA and Santander. Claudio's earlier experience includes Head of User Experience at Capgemini, where a UX design practice for financial services was established, and Interactive Creative at btob:) Digital Marketing Agency, contributing to online marketing projects. Claudio is also the founder of bossanova design, a digital advertising and web design agency. Educational credentials include a Graduate degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and an Engineering degree in Business Administration - Marketing from Universidad Gabriela Mistral.
