Joachim Svela

Joachim Svela is a highly experienced creative professional currently serving as Creative Director at both EGGS Design and Sopra Steria since October 2023 and May 2023, respectively. Svela has a long-standing role as a founding partner and editor for Krystiania Publishing since September 2009. Previous positions include Creative Director at frog from June 2021 to May 2023, Director of Innovation, Strategy, and Design at Capgemini Invent from February 2019 to May 2023, and Creative Director - Norway at Idean from October 2017 to June 2021, where leadership extended over three studios and a team of 50 professionals. Additional roles encompass Creative Director at Backelite, Lead Service Designer at Itera, and Chief Designer at Phoenix Gruppen AS. Svela holds a Master's Degree in Architecture from The Oslo School of Architecture and Design, completed in 2014, complemented by studies at the University of Oslo and Steinerskolen i Stavanger.
