Ferdaus Ario Nurman is an experienced lead hardware developer currently at EGSTON Power Electronics, where responsibilities include leading a hardware team in the development of Power Hardware-in-the-loop (PHIL) systems since August 2022. Previously, at PT Len Industri (Persero), from September 2011 to July 2022, Ferdaus led product development for propulsion systems in electric vehicles, overseeing various critical components and managing multiple development programs. Earlier roles included a power electronics engineer focusing on renewable energy applications, where Ferdaus developed hardware and firmware for power electronic products, including extensive field testing in off-grid solar power plants across Indonesia. Ferdaus holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Power Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completed in January 2011.
