Ahmed Omar Khalaf, MIBA, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as the Head of Human Resources and Administration at eHealth since August 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Ahmed held significant roles such as Senior Human Resources Manager at REDCON Construction Co. S.A.E from November 2021 to July 2023, and Corporate Director of Human Resources at Arabia Investments Holding from February 2019 to October 2020. Ahmed's career in HR also includes positions as Executive HR, Strategy and Corporate Development Director at SIAC Holding and Senior HR Manager at Orascom Construction, among others. Ahmed's educational background includes a Master in International Business Administration from Paris ESLSCA Business School, a Diploma in HR Practice from an accredited CIPD center, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Cairo University.

Egypt's Universal Health Insurance Authority (UHIA) in partnership with eFinance Investment Group has launched eHealth, a company created for the development, management, and operation of health technology and digital solutions as part of an ambitious health insurance system sponsored by the state to secure high-level health services to all Egyptians. eHealth, a sister company of e-finance, will provide comprehensive and integrated services starting from the management of day-to-day operations of insurance and health technology systems to technical support services and consultations.
