Mahmoud Nour is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Control at eHealth since August 2023, Mahmoud leads the development and execution of the company’s strategic roadmap and implements mechanisms for assessing strategic initiatives. Prior roles include Strategic Partnerships and Alliances Manager at Banque Misr, where Mahmoud established a startup acceleration program, and MINT Hub Director at EGbank, responsible for youth-focused innovation programs. Mahmoud has also managed collaborative innovation networks at TIEC and served as an Economic Specialist for the U.S. Department of State, focusing on key sectors of the Egyptian economy. An academic background includes a Master of Science in Financial Economics from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The American University in Cairo.

Egypt's Universal Health Insurance Authority (UHIA) in partnership with eFinance Investment Group has launched eHealth, a company created for the development, management, and operation of health technology and digital solutions as part of an ambitious health insurance system sponsored by the state to secure high-level health services to all Egyptians. eHealth, a sister company of e-finance, will provide comprehensive and integrated services starting from the management of day-to-day operations of insurance and health technology systems to technical support services and consultations.
