Holly Guillot, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance and Accounting at EHRA Engineering since May 2025. Prior to this role, Holly held the position of Controller at Stress Engineering Services, Inc. from October 2021 to May 2025 and served as Interim Controller/Assistant Controller at Valence Surface Technologies from September 2019 to October 2021. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Accountant at BJ Services from April 2018 to September 2019 and providing audit and accounting services at Seefeld Lawson Moeller LLP from February 2015 to April 2018. Holly holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.

EHRA Engineering is a civil engineering, surveying, low impact developing, land planning, construction phase services, traffic, emergency management and landscape architecture firm. Founded in 1936 by Truman C. Edminster, Sr., EHRA employs a full complement of professional staff, including licensed professional engineers, engineers in training, registered professional land surveyors, a licensed professional landscape architect, civil designers and technicians. Today, the principal owners are Truman C. Edminster, III, P.E. and James B. Russ. Our Firm is comprised of several divisions including public infrastructure, transportation, hydraulics and hydrology, land planning, land development, surveying, construction phase services, emergency management and landscape architecture; all of which work together to serve city, county, state and other governmental agencies along with single-family, retail and commercial development. We take pride in our Firm’s ability to provide an innovative, effective approach to project planning and design with an emphasis on economics. Specific budgets and design schedules are prepared for each project and monitored closely to facilitate the completion of projects within specified time periods.
