Soffia Marlin is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in the public sector and transport technology. As Operations Director at EiB since September 2020, Soffia has built upon prior roles, including Head of Bids and Public Sector at Magwell Capital Group, where a public sector strategy and market launch were successfully executed ahead of schedule. Experience as Bid and Project Manager at Atkins involved team leadership and project management within the Birmingham Transport Consultancy team. Previous positions include Operations & Service Manager at Voyage Control, where a service engagement model project significantly improved communication efficiency, and roles at GAME Digital plc and Imperial College Union that provided foundational skills in digital and customer engagement. Soffia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Imperial College London and attended Glenalmond College for high school education.
