Graduated from the ESITC Cachan engineering school, Cécile Cambier began her career in 2003 as a works engineer at Eiffage Construction, before becoming a project manager at Eiffage Concessions in 2004, responsible for developing PPP and concessions projects. In 2008, she joined Vinci Concessions as a regional director, responsible for developing PPP and concessions projects in France, Europe and around the world.
Since 2014, she has been CEO of Société Marseillaise du Tunnel Prado Carénage (SMTPC) and Chairwoman of Prado Sud, both of which are jointly owned by Eiffage and Vinci.
In May 2021, Cécile Cambier was appointed Concessions director.
