Antoine Maspétiol has a diverse work experience spanning numerous industries. In 1998, they worked as a Parliamentary Assistant at the Assemblée nationale. Antoine then joined Goldman Sachs in 2000 for a summer program. In 2003, Antoine began their career at NatWest (formerly RBS) Global Banking & Markets, where they worked until 2011. Following this, they joined La Banque Postale as the Deputy Head of Private Debt & Secured Lending, and later moved to Aviva Investors as the Head of Alternative Income (Corporate, Real Estate & Infrastructure Debt). In 2019, they became the Managing Director at Eiffel Investment Group. In the same year, they also became a member of the mission committee at Clariane. Antoine's latest role is as an instructor at Université Paris Dauphine- PSL, starting in 2023. Additionally, they have served as an Officer in the Marine Nationale as a reservist since 2005.

Antoine Maspétiol obtained a Master's degree from Sciences Po from 1999 to 2002. Antoine later pursued another Master's degree at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 2003.
