Jake Baldwin has a diverse work experience, starting as a Research Assistant in Materials Engineering at Purdue University in 2008. Jake then worked as a Barista at Starbucks in 2012 before becoming a Facility Manager at Purdue University from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, they held the role of Family Room Specialist at Apple and also worked as a Recruiter at Brooksource. From 2016 to the present, they have been working at Eight Eleven Group, starting as an Information Technology Professional and later becoming the Information Technology Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Information Technology at Eight Eleven Group. Throughout their roles, Jake has gained extensive experience in technology strategy and planning, vendor management, project management, and team leadership.

Jake Baldwin completed their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended Jefferson High School from 2007 to 2010. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Salesforce Administrator certification from Salesforce in 2018.
