Kendra Schlecht has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Kendra is currently the Director of Marketing at Eight Eleven Group since October 2022. Before that, they worked at Duke Realty Corporation, starting as a Marketing Coordinator in September 2015 and progressing to roles such as Communications & Marketing Specialist, Senior Communications & Social Media Specialist, and Regional Marketing Manager. At Duke Realty, they were responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets, executing digital marketing campaigns, and handling internal and external communications. Kendra also gained experience as a Marketing and Communications Intern at Raybourn Group International in 2015, a Public Relations Account Associate at Top Dog Communication from 2013 to 2015, a Content Marketing & Social Media Intern at BLASTmedia in early 2015, and an Event Planning Intern at the University of Indianapolis from August 2013 to May 2014. Additionally, they have held roles at the YMCA of the USA and YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, where they managed program operations, parent relations, and team leadership.
Kendra Schlecht holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a double major in Marketing and Communication from the University of Indianapolis. Kendra also completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Bond University in 2014.
