Nazma Haque has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in finance and accounting. Nazma started their career as a Finance and Purchasing Assistant at McLaren Automotive Ltd in 2011, where they provided cost analysis reports and collaborated with buyers and engineers. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Management Accountant at Hailo, overseeing financial statements for international entities and improving day-to-day processes. Nazma then joined Velocity Black as a Finance Manager, where they managed accounting and consolidation for multiple companies and facilitated merger and acquisition activities. In 2016, they worked as a Finance Manager at Pie.io, focusing on the expansion strategy and budgeting. Nazma subsequently held roles as a Financial Controller at MishiPay and a Finance Director at Eight Inc., where they are currently employed as the Regional Finance Director EMEA. Additionally, they co-founded Accounting HQ in 2020. Throughout their career, Nazma has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and management accounting.
Nazma Haque is a qualified accountant with a degree in BA Business Studies, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management. Nazma obtained their degree from Kingston University from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their education, they also hold a qualification from BPP University in Accounting and has obtained the ACCA qualification from ACCA. Nazma Haque has also been certified as a Xero Advisor by Xero.
