Mikhail Koshelev

Mikhail Koshelev has a strong background in various roles within the technology industry. Mikhail started their career as a Software Developer at the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics in 1996 before becoming a Software Developer and Team Leader at Neon Ltd. from 2000 to 2003. Mikhail then moved to Personal Communications Systems where they worked as a Software Developer and Team Leader until 2006, when they transitioned to the role of Network Operations Center Manager until 2008.

In 2008, they joined Five9 as a Senior Linux Administrator and Team Leader, a role they held until 2011 when they became a Configuration Manager until 2012. Most recently, they worked at Exigen Insurance Solutions as an Operations Manager, responsible for managing software solutions on a Linux platform, developing automation solutions, and enhancing monitoring and configuration management solutions.

Throughout their career, Mikhail Koshelev has demonstrated expertise in managing complex operations environments, Linux systems, and open-source solutions.

Mikhail Koshelev obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from the State University of Nizhni Novgorod named after N.I. Lobachevsky (UNN) in 1996. Mikhail then went on to earn a Master's degree in Mathematics from the same university, graduating in 1998.
