Hannes Boehm is an accomplished professional in the automotive industry, currently serving as Vice President Global Research & Innovation and Head of Innovation at Eissmann Group Automotive since November 2020. Prior to this role, Hannes was the Head of Product Innovation EU at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors from January 2015 to February 2020, and held the position of Manager New Technologies at Johnson Controls from August 2011 to December 2014, where responsibilities included leading early-stage R&D projects in automotive interiors and electronics. Hannes began the career as a System Engineer Optronics at EADS from April 2007 to August 2011. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Quantum Mechanics from the University of Vienna, a Master of Science (MSc) in Physics from Technische Universität Wien, and participation in an exchange program in Physics at EPFL.
