Leathel Grody currently serves as the ERP Software Development Manager and previously as a Developer/Analyst at EJ since July 2015, specializing in project management, fullstack Java development, and MS SQL development. Additionally, Leathel has been an Adjunct Instructor at Ferris State University since August 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an Efficiency/Network Engineer at Safety Net from May 2012 to April 2015, and as a Manager/Software Developer at Lethal Games Corporation, where Leathel developed the MMORPG Foundations of Hope Online from December 2009 to May 2011. Earlier experience at Hewlett-Packard from July 1998 to December 2009 included positions as a Systems Engineer/Administrator for accounts such as HDS and Palm, focusing on Exchange, Windows server, Active Directory, and Blackberry support. Leathel holds multiple degrees including a Doctor of Information Technology in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity from Capella University, a Master of Science in Information Security and Intelligence, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University.
