His earlier career includes Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Illinois Tool Works (ITW) - Automotive - Shakeproof and Director of Sales & Marketing at Progressive Stamping Company, Inc. Additionally, Plomer served as Chairman of the Industrial Fastener Institute, the largest North American trade association for fastener manufacturers. Plomer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Wayne State University.
