Saurabh Mullick is an experienced professional with over a decade of expertise in customer engagement and technology solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Customer WOW at Eko since December 2011, Saurabh focuses on strategy development, customer insights, operations automation, and innovation. Prior to this role, Saurabh held various positions at Anduril Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from December 2007 to November 2011, including Software Engineer, Module Lead, Tech Lead, and Solutions Architect, contributing to diverse technology projects and leadership initiatives.
