Javier Francisco Balloffet Barreras is an experienced Engineering Manager currently at Ekumen since June 2019, where also serves as Project Lead and Software Engineer. Prior roles include Graduate Teaching Assistant at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, focusing on computer science curriculum development between March 2018 and July 2023, and Embedded Software Engineer at Spectro- Location Intelligence, responsible for IoT solutions. Javier also worked at Blink - Innovation Technology developing firmware for telecommunication systems, and spent five years as a Tech High School Teacher at Casa Salesiana Pío IX, along with an internship at CYLGEM S.A. in R&D for automotive electronics. Javier's technical foundation was established through a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and a High School Diploma in Industrial Electronics Technology. Additional qualifications include a First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge.
