Diego Ortiz

Diego Ortiz is an experienced professional in community development and business analysis with a focus on the cryptocurrency sector in Latin America. Currently serving as Community and Business Lead at El Dorado since December 2021, Ortiz has been instrumental in enhancing security measures within the platform's P2P market for stablecoins and Bitcoin. At API3 DAO LATAM from March 2022 to October 2023, Ortiz successfully led initiatives to strengthen the platform's presence in the Spanish-speaking community through content creation and management. Previous roles include business analyst at Glufco, where Ortiz worked on cryptocurrency integration and education, and ambassador for MakerDAO, where efforts were made to promote decentralized finance and the use of DAI in Venezuela.
