Keely Field

Keely Field is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Senior Corporate Paralegal - SEC Specialist at El Pollo Loco, Inc. since October 2024, focusing on corporate governance. Prior experience includes roles as a Practice Coordinator at Venable LLP, where calendar management and administrative support were provided to a Partner in the Technology and Innovation Practice Group, and as a Legal Coordinator & Corporate Paralegal at Air Lease Corporation, where preparation of corporate resolutions and financial presentations was accomplished. Keely has also contributed to public service as Chair of the Women's Advisory Board for the City of West Hollywood, advocating for women's rights and initiating safety programs. Earlier, as Vice Chair and Legal Assistant at Saban Capital Group LLC, co-authorship of LLC operating agreements for numerous entities was performed. Keely holds a Paralegal Degree and Certification from UCLA and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from South Puget Sound Community College.
