Madie Bigcas is a seasoned social media professional with significant experience in content strategy and marketing. Currently serving as the Social Media Content & Strategy Manager at El Pollo Loco, Inc. since September 2024, Madie previously held the position of Social Media Manager at Jubilee Media from April 2022 to May 2024, where comprehensive growth strategies were developed across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Prior to that, Madie worked as a Social Media Marketing Specialist at UVé Beauty, managing various marketing channels and collaborating with influencers. Early career experiences include internships at GCC Consulting Group, GlobeChat®, Intellivision Entertainment, WeWorld, and Vegware, focusing on social media marketing and brand development. Madie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Chapman University and has furthered education in Communication and Media Studies at AIFS Florence - Richmond University.
