Nancy Faginas-Cody

Nancy Faginas-Cody is an independent board member at El Pollo Loco, Inc. since December 2021, bringing extensive experience in information technology leadership from previous roles at The Walt Disney Company, where Faginas-Cody served as Senior Vice President of IT Enterprise Business Systems from 2013 to 2020 and as Vice President of Information Technology Global Licensing from 2004 to 2013. Faginas-Cody’s career at Disney also included director-level positions in IT for Disney Stores, and prior to Disney, Faginas-Cody held CIO and director roles at FEDCO and Mac Frugals Bargains * Closeouts, respectively. Faginas-Cody began a professional career as an Advisory Systems Engineer at IBM and a Manager of Switching Systems at AT&T. Faginas-Cody earned an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a BA in Economics from Cal State Fullerton.
