Martha Lloyd

Martha Lloyd is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources Business Partnerships & Employee Relations at Elanco since March 2015, Martha has also held positions as Human Resources Advisor and Sr Associate-HR within the same organization. Prior to Elanco, Martha worked at Lohmann Animal Health as a Human Resources Specialist, focusing on recruiting, benefits, and employee relations, from March 2011 to March 2015. Earlier in their career, Martha served as a Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones, where responsibilities included customer service and office management. Martha holds an MBA in Human Resources from Thomas College and a BFA in Photography from the University of Oregon.
