Mike Fadale

Mike Fadale is an accomplished executive in the animal health industry with extensive experience at Elanco since February 2007, currently serving as Executive Director, West. Fadale has held several leadership positions, including Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships, where responsibilities included managing distribution and corporate accounts for companion animal products nationwide. Previous roles include Senior Director positions for both the East and Western regions, overseeing district managers, sales strategies, and shelter team initiatives. Fadale also has a background in managing corporate accounts and national accounts, contributing to significant market and relationship management successes. Prior to Elanco, Fadale worked at Merial as an Account Executive and in sales with A & R Paper and Packaging. Fadale holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
