Savio D'Souza has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a career spanning over 15 years. Savio D'Souza began their education at DeepVihar, where they completed their SSC in an unspecified field of study in 1992. Savio then attended Fr. Agnel Junior College, Pilar from 1992 to 1994, earning their HSSC in Science. In 1994, they enrolled at Dhempe College of Arts & Science and Goa University, where they pursued a BSc degree in Geology, completing it in 2000. Finally, from 2002 to 2004, Savio attended the Goa Institute of Management (GIM), where they obtained a PGDBM degree with a focus on Marketing & Human Resources.
