Joe Choice

Joe Choice, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Customer Support at Elation Health since August 2023. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Customer Experience Manager at Lemonade from December 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading and mentoring a team of licensed customer experience specialists. Joe's extensive background in customer care includes serving as Customer Care Manager at Altice USA from August 2016 to December 2020, where guidance was provided to over 100 employees, and as a Technical Support Supervisor at Altice USA, focusing on troubleshooting technical issues. Experience also includes a tenure at Cablevision as Customer Service Supervisor and Team Lead, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction metrics.
