Thomas Phillips

Tom Phillips possesses extensive experience in technology leadership, most recently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Western Union from 2021 to September 2023, where Tom defined and drove the global technology vision and transformation efforts. Prior to that, Tom was the Enterprise Head of Cloud Engineering at U.S. Bank, overseeing the establishment of secure cloud environments. At Elavon, Inc., Tom served as Chief Information Officer, contributing to the global payments sector. Tom's tenure at Citi spanned over 16 years, during which Tom held various senior roles in global cards, consumer technology, and product management. Tom holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA with a double major in Economics and German from Allegheny College.
