Eddie Soffer

Eddie Soffer is an experienced R&D Mechanical Design Engineer currently working at Elbit Systems Israel since July 2023. Previously, Eddie held similar roles at EQUASHIELD® from February 2022 to November 2023 and E.T SYSTEM ENGINEERING between April 2021 and March 2022, focusing on the design and construction of machines and facilities across various engineering fields, including mechanical engineering and product development. Prior to these positions, Eddie worked as an R&D Applications Engineer at Kulicke & Soffa, specializing in wire bonding applications, and gained early experience at Intel Corporation as a Corporate Services Student. Eddie's foundational career began with service as a Maintenance Technician in the Israel Defence Forces from 2005 to 2008. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Practical Engineer degree in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from Braude Academic College.
