Prior to joining Elbit Systems, Haim held engineering leadership positions at Mobilitec and Utopy, and served as Software Group Leader at Elbit System from 1993 to 1999. Haim holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and is pursuing Executive Education at Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
