Ferruccio began their career in 1996 as a Senior Manager at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where they worked until 2004. From 2004 to 2015, they worked at McKinsey & Company Inc., rising to the position of Partner. In 2015, Lagutaine joined ELCA Informatique SA / ELCA Informatik AG as the COO at ELCA Engineering. In 2020, they were promoted to Group COO and ELCA Engineering GM at the same company.
Ferruccio Lagutaine obtained a Master's degree in Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Genova, graduating between 1990 and 1996.
