Debbie Owen

Debbie Owen is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and administrative support. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at Elder Research since September 2008, Debbie also handles general office administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, asset tracking, DCAA compliance, cost proposals, and contract management. Prior to this role, Debbie worked as a Bookkeeper at Relay Foods from March 2009 to November 2012, where responsibilities included full bookkeeping services during the early stages of the company, covering accounts payable, payroll, HR services, and the establishment of an accounting system. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from William & Mary, earned between 1982 and 1986.
