Richard Jenkins

Richard Jenkins has over 20 years of work experience. Richard started their career in 1997 as a Graduate Trainee at Union Transport. In 1999, they joined Smith & Williamson where they worked in Transaction Services and Assurance & Advisory roles. In 2005, they moved to GlaxoSmithKline, where they held various roles, including Senior Finance Business Partner, Finance Business Partner, Global Process Lead, Senior Finance Manager/Controller, and Finance Manager. In 2012, they joined dunnhumby as Finance Director for the UK & Ireland business unit. In 2017, they were appointed Head of Commercial Finance at Smart DCC. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Head of Finance at Elder.

Richard Jenkins obtained a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Liverpool between 1994 and 1997. Prior to this, they attended Clifton College, Bristol from 1989 to 1994. Richard is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA).
