Elderly Housing Management, Inc., (EHM) is a tax exempt organization that manages primarily non-profit low and moderate-income elderly housing complexes.

The majority of the management portfolio consists of properties funded primarily with mortgage financing from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); the US Department of Agriculture, Rural Development (USDA-RD); the Internal Revenue Service Low Income Housing Tax Credit program (LIHTC), State of Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD), and the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA).
