Todd Cummings

Todd Cummings serves as the Chief Operations Officer at ELB Learning, a leading company in the learning industry that combines innovative software with professional services to enhance organizational success. Todd also holds the position of General Manager for Custom Services at Inspire Accessibility, focusing on promoting accessibility in the e-learning sector. Previously, Todd co-founded impact Solutions Corp., a training design and development firm with a global reach, and worked as General Manager and Consultant at Skopos Consulting, emphasizing the human aspects of consulting. Early career roles included Regional Training Manager and National Project Manager at Discover Financial Services, where Todd managed extensive training initiatives within call centers. Additionally, Todd has experience as an Adjunct Professor of Political Science and an intern with LDS Charities. Todd earned a BA in International and Area Studies from Brigham Young University, followed by a MA/MPA in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Utah and a certificate in Arabic Studies from the University of Jordan.
