Cara Florence

Cara Florence is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as a Regional Sales Manager at Election Systems & Software since June 2019. As the Owner and Managing Partner of Think Ideally, founded in 2015, Cara focuses on providing innovative technology solutions to entrepreneurs and startups while fostering strong relationships within the community. Prior roles include working as a Partnerships Consultant at STEM Premier, where efforts were made to connect students with STEM career opportunities, and holding positions in business operations and executive assistance at SPARC, LLC and PeopleMatter. Cara also co-founded the PeopleMatter Foundation, reflecting a commitment to community service and development. Education was completed at the University of Lynchburg.
