Karsten Lee is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance & Risk at Elective since May 2022, following a role as Finance Lead. Prior experience includes working in Financial Planning & Analysis at lululemon from January 2021 to May 2022, and serving as an Investment Banking Associate at BMO Capital Markets from September 2017 to January 2021, where involvement included the Diversified Industries Group.
