In 2013, Nikhil received an AS9100C Internal Auditor certification from UL Management Systems Solutions India Pvt Ltd. Continuing their professional development, in 2010 they obtained a Predictive Index Analyst certification from Praendex Management Resources Private Limited. Lastly, in 2009, they acquired a TATA Business Excellence Model (TBEM) certification from Tata Management Training Centre (TMTC).
