Shabir Khan

Shabir Khan is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in electrical systems and asset performance. Currently serving as an Experienced Assets Performance Engineer in Substations at ElectraNet Pty Ltd since December 2024, Shabir previously held the position of Lead Electrical Engineer at Saudi Aramco from March 2015 to December 2024. Additional experience includes roles as a Power Systems Engineer at Al Mashariq Company, Design Engineer at Descon Integrated Projects Limited, and Maintenance Engineer at Pakarab Fertilizers Limited. Shabir holds a Master of Engineering in Sustainable & Renewable Energy from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, expected in May 2024, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, completed in December 2007.
