Garner Rivard

Garner Rivard has extensive experience in production, supply chain management, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of Production and Supply Chain at Electric Era since February 2025, Rivard previously held the position of Director of Operations at Helion from April 2023 to January 2025. Rivard's tenure at SpaceX from August 2015 to February 2023 included roles such as Director of Starlink Production and Director of Satellite Supply Chain. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Deloitte Consulting and an operations consultant role at Clipper Windpower. Rivard's early career involved serving as an Army Officer from May 2000 to July 2009, leading organizations in operations and training during three overseas tours. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and Operations Management from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
