Ryan Phifer

Ryan Phifer is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and category management. Currently serving as a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Electrify America since December 2023, Ryan previously held the role of Category Manager at PPL Corporation, where responsibilities included developing sourcing strategies for multimillion-dollar contracts and managing supplier performance. Significant experience was also gained at American Tower, overseeing $150M in annual purchases and executing full sourcing cycles, as well as at Eversource Energy, managing a $400M spend portfolio in electric utility infrastructure. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Vermont.
