Javier Solis

Javier Solis is an experienced professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as Global Architecture Project Leader at Electrolux Group since 2010. With a focus on managing multicultural teams to launch market-adapted products, Javier has held several key roles including Sr Advance Project Leader and Manufacturing & Automation Leader, where responsibilities included new product introductions and automation strategies across multiple facilities in North America. Previous experience includes managing manufacturing engineering projects at GE Appliances Canada, leading logistics and marketing strategies as General Manager at SOLSOCO, and engineering roles at Gillette de Mexico and The Coca-Cola Company. Javier holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and has further education from McGill University.
